From the time you first book a service call with Utilize, our aim is to attend site as quickly as possible and resolve your problem on the first visit - that’s why all our engineers’ vehicles are monitored using a GPS tracking system and packed full of high mortality parts and consumables.
We offer fixed fees according to your location (either inside or outside the M25) and these include all travel and labour costs. The only additional charge will be for parts and we always seek your permission before fitting.
If our engineer does not have the required part on the day, we will not charge for a return visit.
